Pixadock Promo Rules

Pixadock Operating, LLC operates www.pixadock.com, a stock photo platform. We provide users who engage in certain qualifying activities with Coins that may be used to play various chance games (“Games”) where Prizes can be won. You must agree to these Promo Rules and our [Link: Terms of Use]. The terms used in these Promo Rules have the same meaning as assigned to those terms in the Terms of Use. The Promotions are subject to all applicable national, federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Withdrawing a prize is contingent upon fulfilling the requirements set forth in this Agreement.

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT IS NECESSARY TO PARTICIPATE IN THIS PROMOTION OR TO WIN PRIZES. PIXADOCK DOES NOT OFFER ANY REAL MONEY GAMING. YOU UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT COINS HAVE NO REAL WORLD OR CASH VALUE.

1. Eligibility

The Promotions are open to (i) natural persons, (ii) who are at least eighteen (18) years old or the minimum age in their jurisdiction at the time of entry, whichever is greater, and (iii) the owner of an Account on the Site and an accompanying email address. The Promotions are not open to any person (i) living in a jurisdiction where the Services are illegal, (ii) living outside of the United States, (iii) living in Florida, Nebraska, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Utah, or Washington, (iv) on the Treasury Department’s list of Specially Designated Nationals, or (v) that is, or is an immediate family member of, an employee, distributor, associate, concessionary, or other agent of Pixadock. To participate in the Promotions, you must create an Account and satisfactorily complete the verification process.

2. Promotional Period

The Promotions run on the Site concurrently to the business of licensing stock photos to our users. Our servers are the official time keeping device of the Promotions. The Promotions will run until December 31, 2032. Pixadock reserves the right to cancel, pause, modify or suspend any part of or all the Promotions with immediate effect owing to events or circumstances outside of its reasonable control. Any event or circumstance impairing the proper functioning or integrity of the Promotions will be determined by Pixadock, and corrective action will be taken by Pixadock in its sole discretion.

3. Coins

You may receive Coins in a number of ways, including:

  • By purchasing certain stock photos (amount may vary based on photos selected.)
  • By registering for an account (once per user).
  • By liking a designated social media post or by following a designated social media account (once per day).
  • By referring new users.
  • By uploading photos that we accept for inclusion in our database.

The amount of Coins received for each qualifying activity is prominently displayed on Pixadock. We reserve the right to change these amounts in our sole and absolute discretion, and to change the balance of Coins on your Account at any time and for any reason, in its sole discretion, including removing Coins associated with inactive Accounts. Coins may not be purchased on the Site.

4. Games

You may use Coins to play Games which give you a chance to compete in various competitions to win Prizes. The amount of Coins required to play each Game varies and is prominently displayed on the Services.

5. Odds

The odds of winning vary on the specific Games played. Pixadock reserves the right to adjust the odds of winning the Promotions at any time.

6. Prizes

To win Prizes, you may withdraw winnings in United States dollars to the payment method or account which was used to buy photos (or to an alternative bank account selected by you, if this is not technically possible) provided that you own such account. Pixadock’s decision on how to administer, manage the operation of the Game and award Prizes is final and binding. Violation of our Terms of Use makes any Prize null and void.

7. Taxes and Fees

Pixadock is not responsible for any taxes, bank charges, and transaction fees associated with any Prizes. You are solely responsible for any incurring taxes, bank charges, or transaction fees associated with the Prizes.

8. Verification

Before you withdraw any Prizes, Pixadock may require you to provide certain verification documentation and information and sign certain forms within seven (7) days. If you fail to provide the requested documentation or information or sign the required forms in a timely manner, or if we determine that you have violated our Terms of Use, you will forfeit the Prize, and we may suspend or terminate your Account. Pixadock will not be held responsible for any delays caused whatsoever.

9. Release

You will hold Pixadock and our employees, clients, subsidiaries, affiliated companies, agents, media partners, officers, directors, content providers, and related parties not accountable for, and you will indemnify same from, any and all costs, expenses, liabilities and damages that may arise as a result of (i)  your acceptance of any Prize, (ii) your use of any and all materials on the Site, (iii) your participation in the Games and the Promotions, and (iv) your other uses of the Services.

10. Publicity

By withdrawing any Prize, you grant Pixadock the right to use your name, image, opinions, comments, voice, and likeness for advertising purposes in any media, worldwide, without notice or further consideration, except where prohibited by law.

11. Damages and Disqualification Pixadock may actively seek damages from any person acting in bad faith to undermine the legitimate function of the Promotions to the fullest extent permitted by law. You may be disqualified from the Promotions if you violate our Terms of Use
